All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in certain circumstances as outlined below.
New customers on paid plans (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) can request a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription payment if:
If our service experiences significant downtime due to issues on our end, we may offer prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
If you were incorrectly charged, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
